RGF works to support house hold individuals and the community to meet their needs and support themselves in a dignified sustainable way leading to self-sufficiency independence and sustainability promotion through: Skills Development: to improve the skills and capacity of individuals and communities to engage in income-generating activities. RGF strongly promotes skills training in green income-generating activities to promote sustainability. The sustainable management of natural resources, such as land, water, and forests, is critical to many livelihoods, this is why we support communities to manage their natural resources sustainably and promote skilling practices that conserve and protect the environment. Increasing access to green education and training opportunities: such as providing scholarships, vocational training, and mentorship programs to support individuals and families to develop the skills and knowledge they need to secure green jobs and strengthen self relience prospect.
Fostering community engagement and participation by building relationships, promoting dialogue and collaboration, and empowering individuals and communities to take an active role in decision-making processes. Access to Markets and community networks:RGF connects people to markets and supports the development of local/ community markets and value chains. Access to markets and distribution channels is essential for people to sell their goods and services and generate income. We also seek collaborations and networks to solicit support for the people
